1. The overuse of the word 'stress'- you can't be "stressed" 24/7, sorry
2. When packages are opened, part of the items removed, and the wrapper left on the remainder - i.e. toilet paper packs, reams of paper
3. People who think they are experts on any given topic because they watch the History Channel

1. People who use their answering machine to "screen" their calls before answering the phone, so you are forced to say "Hello? Are you there? Are you there?" like a total dope when calling them
2. The use of non-words like "irregardless"
3. The stereotype that all women are Jonesing for chocolate 24/7
